Postnatal Aqua yoga

Nourish and ease yourself during the postnatal period with this gentle aqua natal yoga class. During the class we will concentrate on unwinding and re-energising our postnatal minds, bodies and spirits with breathwork, meditation and gentle movement in the water. The water provides a much needed calming affect for any new mums.

* you must be cleared by your doctor and at least 6 weeks postpartum before attending and 10 weeks pp if you had a caesarean
